Specialised studies for the design of the Sun, Wind, Tyrrhenian and Adriatic National Cycle Routes
Within the framework of the Technical-Economic Feasibility Projects of the Adriatic and Tyrrhenian National Cycle Routes and the Final Projects of some lots of the Adriatic, Tyrrhenian, VenTo and Sole National Cycle Routes, we carried out hydrological, hydraulic, geological, geotechnical, environmental and landscape studies of all planned cycling infrastructures, whether new or upgraded, and of the reinforced concrete structural works for crossing watercourses or containing slopes. From Veneto to Apulia, from Liguria to Lazio, from Lombardy to Veneto, and in the Region of Tuscany, we coordinated and interpreted geognostic surveys, analysed geological, seismic and hydraulic hazards, carried out two-dimensional hydrological and hydraulic modelling, drafted environmental impact assessments, produced photo-interpretations of new works, and worked on compliance with the DNSH (Do Not Significant Harm) principles required by the PNRR funding by also developing Climate Adaptability Analyses.
